Michael Gilbert



Michael Gilbert

Mr. Gilbert is originally from New York City and has resided in Suffolk County since 1973.

Mr. Gilbert has a bachelor’s degree from Queens College and attended law school at Touro College School of Law.

Mr. Gilbert has worked for the New York State Workers' Compensation Board, the Utica Mutual Insurance Company and has been representing injured workers since 1986, resulting in over 30 years experience in the workers’ compensation system. He is a member of the New York Injured Workers Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.

Mr. Gilbert is married with two children. He is a baseball, football, hockey, and basketball fan.


Theodore Blaszcyk


Theodore Blaszcyk 

Mr. Blaszcyk has lived on Long Island most of his life. After military service, he earned his B.A. from Long Island University and M.A. from the City University of New York, John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Thereafter, while employed by the State Insurance Fund, the largest workers’ compensation carrier, as a representative before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board, he attended the Jacob D. Fuchberg Law Center of Touro College. Since graduating from law school in 1989, Mr. Blaszcyk’s practice has been limited exclusively to the representation of injured workers, volunteer firefighters and ambulance workers before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board.

Mr. Blaszyck is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Injured Workers' Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Amvets, Lion’s International and the Loyal Order of Moose.


Eric Milburn


Eric Milburn 

Mr. Milburn is originally from Long Island and has been a lifelong resident of Suffolk County. Upon graduation from Stony Brook University, Mr. Milburn attended the CUNY School of Law at Queens College. Mr. Milburn is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.

Upon graduation from law school in 1997, Mr. Milburn began his career handling workers’ compensation claims while working as a defense counsel for numerous insurance carriers and self-insured employers. Since 1999, Mr. Milburn’s practice has been limited exclusively to the representation of injured workers, volunteer firefighters and volunteer ambulance workers before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board. Mr. Milburn is also an active member of the New York State Injured Workers' Bar Association.

Mr. Milburn is married with three children. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Mr. Milburn enjoys boating and has served as an elected officer at his yacht club since 2008.
